Well planned to Deep drop for swords..GSJeff and his bride.. :tooth: Stephanie were game..Jeff got the 3000 Daiwia rigged and met up at 1030am on a Sunday and i got a parking spot! (Never fish weekends)Well we got to our drop spot and got hooked up after the 3rd drop..The bait got beat up and the fish got off..We tried a couple more drops nada..Plan B was to drop for tiles..I noticed on thursday when went night swording the current was only 2knots..So i had a feeling dropping for tiles would be good! Jeff had some #'s and they didn't Fail!

Waiting on a sword..(PLAN A)

Jeff with the double No lights!!!!!!!!!(PLAN B)

2 more!Wifes camera phone..

Took Jeff to a spot Pj and i scored some snowtys and seabass before..(PLAN C)

The crew

Carved the cheeks out of the tiles and seared them up and the sea bass MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

Then the girls cooked us a steak dinner with some key lime pie! 10-4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice grocery run there!

Did you launch on the east or west side of US 1 at Burt Reynolds? I heard from a cop that there's a lot less thieving and hassles on the east ramps side.

Seems like on the west side that if your crew's launching & haulout process doesnt have cat-like NASCAR pitcrew speed & coordination, you get yelled at for being slowpokes.

Yeah we launch on the west side..The wife is good with the boat so it takes us 2minutes to launch and get out of the way..We had to wait for the guy tied up in the slip ... That is why i usually fish weekdays..

BTW Catch thanks for the tips on the goldens..A while back you answered some of my questions on how to drop and it helped alot! We got these with no lights..we forgot to even clip the lights on..then we did and didn't get anymore bites lol..

aw, gee, shucks. All kidding aside, glad I could be of help.

Don't worry too much about no strobe. The glow-beads on your rig did the trick I'll bet. Even more important, did you use the crab scent on your baits?

Stop back by Grand Slam in Jupiter. They're carrying the FinEssence crab scent now. Just a couple drops each bait is all y'all need.

Failing that, another excellent scent is Jacks Juice crab scent in aerosol can.
