Default Golden Tile Fish 3-15

Well we left from Stuart bright and early at 6 AM. Went out to a “secret” spot and started to deep drop. This was Rick Bode’s (my father –in-law) first time fishing like this. We used a electramate reel and dropped a series of hooks waaaay down deep. Then after we saw the rod bumping, up it came. Nice Golden Tile Fish. We easily caught or limit and Rick caught the biggest one at 16.5 lbs. Not too bad for a newbie….Hope you enjoy the pics.
A Special thanks to Catch-All for putting us on the fish

I thought that was Catch-All's Turd Vee. He wasn't mentioned in the report on the "other" forum. Good job!

Willi - go to Urban Dictionary: Define Your World and look up "Lesbian Fishing".

Clint - Y'all were great crew. I'm glad I broke in two Golden Tilefish newbies.

LMFAO,

Mark

Urban Dictionary is pretty funny. I use it to shock & surprise my nephews. Now I'm the one with the latest on all the hip new expressions.

There are some nasty ones and really funny ones. For starters, look up "chili dog" and "superman".

Richard - thanks! With a 5-1/2 knot current, a nasty short chop out of the SSW and a difficult time finding out what depth the Tileys were in, we had our work cut out for us.

I think I'm gonna wait two weeks until the week after the Full Moon when the current is usually its slowest before I try again. Saturday was enough to try anyone's patience but I'm glad Clint & Rick hung in there so that I could get them their first Golden Tiles. Thats piling up some good karma right there.
