All is quiet on the Carribbean front .... new regs and pissed off mainland anglers .... heloooooooooo! Hey Mr. Fisheries Minister .... has your phone stopped ringing yet? .... has your computer email inbox become clogged?
Have the hotel/motel proprietors set fire to your office yet? Not a big deal ... but enjoy your new regs.
