Default Thurs. Yellow Tail

Went to the reef yesterday for 4 hours anr wound up with 17 yellowtails. The nice thing was they were all 3 to 4 lbs. We had 5 different kinds of bait but the best was small bonita strips. Great eating fish.

Small bone head strips are the best. You can get 10 fish on one bait.

Best I had anybody do with a bonita belly strip was 10 keeper red snapper on a single bait. He shattered the previous record of 7.

I just wish the wind would go away so we could make ANY of our charters. We've made maybe 1/2 of the days this month out of Destin, FL.
