ok, I am 99% sure this is no saltwater fish, but looks like it came from too close to a nuclear plant.

Smooth skin - some hybrid catfish. Carp have rough sclaes. Just my guess. Freakin thing looks like it went wild on steroids and is a mutant. Harry
