Ed Killer, the Outdoors Editor of Scripps Newspapers, really did us a favor to print this in its entirety. It was my understanding that he was just going to excerpt it. Instead, this is a verbatim account of what I said in testimony before the SAFMC Council in Port Canaveral last Friday.

Up to 500 pm tomorrow is the last day to make known to SAFMC your opinions on Amendments 16 & 18, and the Deepwater HAPC's. The SAFMC fax number is 843-769-4520, address your comments to SAFMC Exec Dir Robert Mahood.

p.s. I wonder why Ed deleted the pic I submitted where I'm holding up a 32 lb kingfish with the TurdVee logo plainly visible over my right shoulder?

Instead, Ed substituted the pic of Krisis7's father-in-law holding up a 17.5 Golden Tilefish on the bow of my TurdVee.
