I am in the market to buy something that can handle rough water better then my 17' Bay Boat .... Looking at Dusky's , Mako's & Comparable boats !!
Im in the market of $7-10k .... Anyone have anything or know someone who does ? Figured i would ask ... |

One of the best outboards I ever owned was a 22' Boston Whaler. I believe it was built in the late '80's and was an improved hull design over the original which would knock the fillings out of your mouth. Anyway, that rascal was an unreal sea boat and ran respectably with a single OB under 200hp. I made many Bahamas trips with it and always felt safe since it was unsinkable. Just my .02 worth.
