The boat is at my office in Margate, FL. Just west of Pompano Beach. It is stored indoors.

Havent ridden on a competition. How do they compare to a Contender, yellowfin or Venture?

I am still thinking about it Kevin but I am pretty happy with my boat. If I got this I would stash it in the Keys or Bahamas.

I tried to find that exact boat in the Sport Fishing boat and engine issue and I see a 30 and a 35, both show 8 1/2 foot beams-Is that correct? And which model is it?

That is not correct. Competition Boats builds the following models.
31' CC
25' CC
17' flats
15' flats

The boat is 31' plus the bracket. The beam is 9' 4". 24.5 degree deadrise.
