We headed out late and picked a couple tuna on the way out. Made our first drop around 1. Second drop bring in this fish. We didn't even know he was hooked the drag just slipped a little on the way up, had a cool looking eyeball and some sharp scales. Looks like an escolar from other pics but im not sure.

Third drop goes by and after about 30 mins I re drop and after 5 minutes we get hit and come tight

. Fish hugged the bottom for a bit and then came straight up then back down to 1000 ft, after two more runs and an hour and half and I stick him with the poon, game over. Fish was all tangled up 20ft down from the splice with no hook in him. Took the three of us to get him in and we headed straight for the barn. He was 83" long and 55" thick and im thinkin close to around 350lb

. I have a good picture of the fish coming out of the boat but it's in bmp format and im havin trouble trying to post it if someone could help out.
