Default Tough choice

I'll keep it to fish semi-regularly caught (otherwise i'd say bigeye tuna)

1. Yellowfin tuna (raw raw raw)
2. Snowy Grouper
3. Wahoo (raw is phenomenal, cooked is okay)
4. Tripletail
5. Fresh Blackfin tuna (first day, raw or seared)

A couple of notables missing are sword, hog, and GT.
I like to catch swords, but i'm not a huge fan of eating it.
I don't like the taste of hogfish, call me crazy.
GT's are good, but it's personal choice.
