bringing a charter to the Bahamas is perfectly legal, same laws apply to this small boat as per the big mega yachts who charter to the Bahamas all the time. You can even base a foreign vessel in the Bahamas so long as you source the charter elsewhere.
problem here is someone violating the catch limits and advertising a charter to do so. Not too smart....
