You do not have to be a member to fish!
$200 Entry fee. CASH ONLY! (50% to swordfish conservation and 50% to a 50/30/20 pay out) There will be someone there for a side Calcutta.

Awards will be given out at the weigh-in (3 am) or the following week. We will email the results to all participants.
We will have tags and tag sticks available. (The Billfish Foundation membership required)
Club Rules:
1. All boats must have an Atlantic Highly Migratory Species permit. To obtain a permit via the Internet, go to
NMFS Permit Shop or call 1-888-872-8862. They will take credit cards. (The clubs 6 month tournament permit requires the club to report results, so individual boats do not need to report the night’s results).
2. Boats may leave from any inlet.
3. There will be no limit on line test, number of anglers, who touches the rods, or number of rods per boat. Fish must be caught on rod and reel (no Buoy gear or electric reels).
4. One fish to be weighed per boat with a 60" short length minimum.
5. All released fish must be tagged to be eligible for awards.
6. NO treble hooks.
7. Baits may be your preference- -live, dead, or artificial.
8. Lines may be put in the water at 7:00 p.m. Lines must be out of the water at 1:00 am Committee boat will announce times.
9. Weigh in will be at the LHP Marina. All boats must be to the scales by 2AM
10. Official VHF channel 72 (the swordfish channel).
11. You must report all hook-ups, boated fish, tagged & released fish to the committee boat. The time a fish (released or boated)is reported to the committee boat is the official time for the catch. All tag cards must be brought to the report station Marina, on the vessel from which they were caught.
12. Time will be used for breaking any ties.
