Believe it or not, Birds and dogs usually get along well, and form a mutual respect for each other. If provoked, the Macaw has a worse bite than the dog.
, and the dogs seem to know it. BUT if the dog is aggressive towards other animals I would not chance it. The dog may lose the fight.
It very much depends on the dog’s personality.
The Macaw will learn the commands that it hears you giving the dog, and you will find it making your dog "sit", "roll over", or what ever it hears you doing.

She will go to the best home I can find for her. Anyone interested will have to come over to meet her and see if they can handle her. I will be honest if I think she is too much for the person to handle. I am not looking just to get rid of her. She is like a child to me, and will only go to a good home.
Just coming over to see her will not guarantee she goes home with you. It has to be right for her also. After you meet her I will give you a few days to think it over before any final decisions.
