Last weeks's (among many others) lessons learned was not to depend on NOAA forecast this far out. The reality may not have been as bad as the forecast was updated to be as the weekend approached but it was still a radical change-over
Yeah, I am planning to head out this Saturday with Inspector. (weather permitting)
But just looking at the general Synopsis posted 4:30 this morning it could be a radical switch in weather: I just hope that the weather holds long enough to get out there. (For one, Zen and the art of Swordfishing requires there to be a baited line in the water to be able to catch one.)
Anyone have any current comments on swordfishing when the wind is Westerly (NW or SW or W)? Have heard a few comments before that the fishing is no good for Swordfish when the westerlies are blowing.
Forgot to pack the foul weather gear last Saturday, I would have done better with it, So I will be better prepared this time around.
