I just read an article that mentioned The Bahamas Swordfish Championship to take place at Old Bahama Bay, West End Grand Bahama, July 26th – 29th, 2007.

"Since the Atlantic Longline Ban of 2001, swordfish populations have had an extraordinary rebound. Incredible catches are being reported all along the Gulf Stream, particularly the waters off of West End. The Bahamas Swordfish Championship will pit some of the best big-game fishing teams against one another as they compete for the title and the Championship Trophy; and let’s not forget the $20,000 in cash prize money. The anglers hit the high seas July 26th though 29th, 2007."

Would love to put a team together!
