The biggest tilefish caught on manual or electric will win. It will be hard to moderate how it was caught for now.

Sounds good to me! How many entries can one angler submit? I'd like to see unlimited entries / angler. That way we can see who is catching what.
If you catch a bigger one then post that pic and it replaces your smaller entry. If it's limited to one entry then everyone will wait till the end to post.
