Perhaps I should lay down my opinion.
1. Both Foreign and Local vessels are responsible for overfishing, but in serperate areas. Some Locals over fish for small fish, conch and lobster. Few BAH boats have electric reels for Deep droping, or gear for pelagics.
2. I Will Keep the old limit as my guidline for my charters (although i wont get close to it 9/10 times)
3. A small percentage of American boaters are holligans and a tad bit too greedy.
4. A small percentage of BAH fisherman are idiots with no fishing morals.
5. Commercial fisherman should be exempt from the new Regs.
QQ, you got upset for me calling a selct few hooligans, yet you all called us greedy, poachers who want to rape the oceans for whats left. Who started the name calling.
It is a simple fact, if you dont like the new Regs, dont come

If you can get past the fact that you cant keep all that you want then the BAH is here with welcome arms open.
