Venezula, I have fished there over 20x's and I have caught slams and been on board when we caught super grand slams. These catches have taken place at all different times of the year. You also can get some nice big 100lb +Tuna mixed in and Wahoo/dolphin. Sept-October you can get 10-15 white strikes a day.
Cabo is great, but the 2x's I was there the bite was off. That's fishing. Coasta Rica is awesome, Panama I hear is great never fished it. Salinas Manta was awesome, but the owner of the charter operation died and I don't know if anyone took over is charter bussiness. Fishing out of Elat on the Red Sea produced some nice fishing action when I was there.
