wd 40 is the only thing that gets regulars on a 6 pack boat iv done it for years it works extremely well!!!!!! and also i soak a chum bag in it before i put the chum in it it atracts fish 10 times faster and keeps them there longer.
wd40 is also not aloud on the blue herons in jupiter and palm beach no more i think
THEY HAD TO FLIET TO MANY SNAPPER!!!
