Default Chemistry Project Help - U/V Seamaster or HydroGlow for Electormagnetic Radiation

I have to do a project on: Applications of Electromagnetic Radiation. We were talking about color spectrum and all that good stuff and U/V light is part of it. So I was thinking of using my U/V Seamaster for demonstration, but is this light the same as regular U/V light? Also I can do it on Fluorescent Lighting and was thinking of bringing in my Hydro Glow. Is the bulb in the Hydro Glow a fluorescent light?

Thanks
