I will not go to the islands with those regulations in effect for two reasons.

1) It is too expensive to go over just for a few fish.
2) The enforcement of the new laws will be out of hand and I'm not going to get needlessly harassed (like being stopped twice in two days) or have my boat confiscated because the 1 grouper I caught weighed 21 pounds.

I cannot wait until Cuba opens up.
