Just bump troll live baits of appropriate size on fluorocarbon leaders. Use your downriggers at staggered depths. Usually they'll come to the surface once one or two are hooked up, and you can just fish flat lines for them. Some times they stay up top for 2 hours, other times it's 2 minutes. If they start blowing up around the boat, we throw a few live baits out for chum and leave the boat in neutral. Keep hooking them up until you have no rods left to use. Boat a fish, take it off, get another bait out, hook up, etc. You can really put a hurting on them like that.
