Sounds like you still had a wonderful night of fishing. A 63 inch fish in the boat is certainly a good night to be out fishing. Done by 9:15, is a bonus.

Was that last night's report: Saturday or a delayed Friday. It was chilly last night but on Friday night we saw the lightning coming closer and closer to the house around 11 p.m. It was pretty intense as each flash got closer and closer.

We saw some swordfish last night too: on the BBQ griddle and on my plate.

Plain and simple recipe: a Sprinkling of Chef Paul's Blackened Redfish Magic and some olive oil. A little more salt to taste if you like.
