Obviosly our fish are different....
so....

1)Thiny little fresh squid fried

2)Large shrimps of"SMargherita"instantly grilled

3)Bluefin Tuna raw chopped

4)Occhione (Pagellus Bogaraveo)raw or grilled

5)Cernia/grouper raw or grilled.....
