FYI... the Florida STATE Atlantic regs have not changed... yet. You can still keep a 5-grouper bag and 10 vermillions inside of 3 miles. There are no new closures either. I'm sure that will eventually change to match the Federal regs, but for now it hasn't. I check the FWC site at least once a week nowadays to be sure.
