SF,i served in the first gulf war (desert storm). i have no sympathy for them either. my emotions tell me i would want their heads cut off in return.and

It is not my intention to hijack this post but I have to make this comment
I see a pattern on your posts, every time someone says something about something that you don't agree with you turn it right back and ask if the other guy is also the same. TWO examples:
when I said that this administration is socialist you came right back with, and I quote, "Is Bush a socialist?" not once, not twice but three times, now you don't like something about "spineless liberals" and then you come back with "Is McCain a spineless liberal?"
maybe your nickname bigsplash has something to do with that, you always splash back whatever they throw at you.....
Attacking back with the same premise is an old technique of people who don't have arguments to defend their point. So, they resort to attack the other person in order to deviate from the original point. It would be nice if you just defended your point without attacking..... but I guess when there is no defense we just attack.
going back to the point, these people have openly said that they want to ERADICATE us from the face of the earth, that they will not rest until we are GONE, are you going to be nice to them? are you going to try to reason with them? the only way these animals will respect us is if they are AFRAID (VERY AFRAID) of us, not if we try to be their friends, their only friends are the people who are against us. If you think that all the politics are going to solve this issue then you need to take a look at the Arab-Israeli conflict, they have been at it for 4000+ yrs and no matter what they do, they always end up saying that they want to eradicate the israelis, so what makes you think we are going to change a 4000year old mentality? why do you think they have not eradicated the israelis? because the israelis attack them every time their intelligence shows that they are about to be attacked or because the israelis retaliate with 10 times the force they were attacked by the fanatics.
look at the fanatic they released from Guantanamo a while back, he is right at the heart of the taliban attacking our troops once again, if we would have FRIED his balls like the australian PM recommended and gotten all the information we should have gotten from him, one, we would have probably dismantled his cell, and two, he would think twice about doing it again....
