1)Wahoo-(sashimi)
2)YFT-(poke)
3)Triggerfish-(paneed)
4)Cobia-(ceviche' or blackened)
Tied for #5)Groupers, Triple-tail, Vermillion Snapper, Mahi, Speckled Trout-(FRIED!!!)
