1 - Blackened fish
2 - Panko crusted fried fish
3 - Baked fish
4 - Sashimi fish
5 - Ceviche fish

I think that covers the bases better. But dolphin, wahoo, snapper, grouper and swordfish are the most common of the fish that I like.
