I purchased 2 last week with the sceptre rod drag update of blue marlin chronicles I combo'd them out with sceptre kingfish 7 foot rods. The fast retrieve is perfect when fishing baits off the kite it makes a huge difference. I was fishing with toriums and they were fine, but the retrieval speed of this reel really makes a difference. I am going to replace the toriums with these and combo the toriums with crowder's ecsm series these will make good snook and redfish outfits. |
