Plenty of storage for a long Bahama weekend for the family or your hard core fishing buddies. Gen, air, tv, micro , express style L lounge,etc.
About 60 sq feet of cockpit, livewell, tackle center, huge fish box make it nice platform for most fishing. Need a captain at the helm though as your going to have a tough time if the fish runs ahead of the boat - no walk-around here. We kite fish, swordfish and bottom fish no problem but its no center console so you need to be alert as to how to react to an active fish. The ride is nice, tabs down you can run resonably hard in some slop and we've fished the humps in 6 plus and felt safe. Our boat has 2 x 250 Yam 2-strokes. Reliable and she'll cruise 30-34 at 1.1 MPG. If I had to ask for changes - more cockpit space, more freeboard forward (the boat tapers down not up)and wider gunwales going forward so you could walk forward with a hot fish. Overall though (as I get older) we appreciate the blend of comfort for the wife and kids and ability to get there in crummy conditions and fish hard. If cash were no issue I would go for the 36 Fish Around (if I could convinvce my wife). Overall we're very satisfied. |
