Good Boat

Great boat for the price. I've had my share of maintenance done to it, but it's a boat. Bring on another thousand!

1996 Ciera Command Bridge

Very spacious layout. Excellant visibility from flybridge. Very fast and promptly gets up on plane. Large V berth. Settee raised so you can enjoy the views of the water. Handles well under power. Get the larger engine though. I have a 454 Merc. It moves. No problem with current or wind factors.Bravo II built strong but this boat should have dual prop for sure. New models do have this. Spacious engine room ez to work on. Fantastic buy for used boat market. The design and style is I think timeless. Get a bow thruster though. Close quarter handling can be a challenge. However,this is typical of most single engine boats. Again, the dual prop with single outdrive (Bravo III) should take care of backing up and most close quarter handling. Bayliner provides boats for the working man. Its not a high end boat. Wonderful family boat. Fish, cruise, relax, or small condo at the dock. Why pay more if you do not have too ? Ok, enough said.
